Selling your home can be a daunting task.  Getting it ready for the market, preparing for your life after the sale, worrying that the house won’t sell. You have so many agents to choose from – most of whom will tell you how they and their company are the best in the area. You may even have engaged one of these agents who was not successful in selling your home. So how do you know whom to trust with the sale of your most valuable asset?

There are five key parameters of a home sale, only one of which your Realtor directly impacts. However, I will guide you through the rest to bring you to the best possible outcome. Those factors are:

  5. Marketing

YOU control price and condition. I will provide you with the market data you need to feel good about the price range I will recommend to you.  We will work out a price range timeline as well. Learn more about this when we meet.

Condition and staging are of utmost importance in realizing the best price for your property. I will make my recommendations, but how much effort and money you are willing to put into preparing the home for sale is up to you. We will guide you through the process of preparing for sale and If you want my team to manage that process for you, we can do that too.

The state of the Market and the Competition are not within our control.  What is within our control is how you react to the competition by adjusting Price and Condition. My job is to provide you with as much information as possible so we can adjust accordingly and get your home sold.

Promoting your property is the element I control and is my responsibility.
